Our changeover day is Monday and we have a minimum 7-night stay.
Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00 on the day of departure. We can sometimes accommodate alternative times, so please chat to us about this.

Please note that we are closed during the winter months (November - April)
but we would consider an out of season rental... and we do have central heating!
From summer season 2025, we are excited to announce that all of our bookings will be taken directly and, therefore, we have pledged
to maintain 2024 prices for both new and existing guests.
Prices are in EUROS, on an accommodation only basis, for 8 guests.
When comparing prices with other villas, please remember that we're local
so our prices are in EUROS, not pounds sterling!
