The wider land around Damianos House comprises steep slopes with mature trees. Other than the main property boundary, it is not fenced off from the immediate gardens. Guests may access the land freely and use the surroundings at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

The owners strive to provide full and accurate information about the property in order to support clients in choosing the right holiday accommodation for them. From time to time, upgrades and additions are made to the property, which may not yet be represented in the photographs shown.

Appliances & Equipment
Appliances and equipment at the villa are regularly maintained and inspected. Guests use these appliances and equipment at their own risk and assume all responsibility for their proper use. Furthermore, guests are liable for damage to the property, furnishings, furniture and appliances if it is evident that it has not been used appropriately.

Client data collected on our Contact Form is used solely to provide the information requested by the client. It is not shared with any other third party individual or organisation.
